Right of withdrawal (EU law) As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at khoraheart@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

Return conditions Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to return

2. We'll confirm your return request within 2 business days
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
