Shipping Policy
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping & delivery times We source products from international suppliers, which means delivery times are longer than standard local shipping. Estimated delivery times:
- Poland & EU: 7–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–30 business days
Exact times vary by supplier and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after your order ships.
Customs & duties Orders shipped from outside the EU may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.
